UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 2021: WHERE TO WATCH, LINEUPS AND WHY IT IS THE BIGGEST GAME IN CLUB FOOTBALL

Champions league is considered as the biggest game in club football as top European clubs from all around the world compete in the tournament. This time it’s goin to be an all English final as Manchester City takes on Chelsea in Porto (Estádio do Dragão), Portugal.

Both teams have been in top notch form this season especially the club from Manchester. Pep Guardiola managed side earlier secured their 5th premier league title and for the first time will play in the biggest stage in Europe i.e. UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL. There are no doubts in the capability of Pep Guardiola’s management as the Spanish manager has already won the champions league with Barcelona twice and will look to win his first against the London Club Chelsea.

Players like Phill foden, Iker Gundogan, Bernardo Silva Kevin De Bruyne have been in tremendous form and would like to get their hands on the prestigious Champions league trophy. It will be final game of Sergio Aguero’s time in Manchester City as the Argentinian is going to join his national side’s team mate Lionel Messi in Barcelona from next season.

On the other hand , we have fast, young team, Chelsea who have been on fire in this season’s Champion league. Chelsea thrashed Real Madrid in the semi finals and can give city a nightmare on their day. Players like Ngolo Kante, Mason Mount ,Jorginho , Olivier Giroud, Thiago Silva have been in great form and would love to get their hands on the Champions league title. Thomas Tuchel is the only manager to go in two consecutive UEFA Champions league finals with two different teams. However, Tuchel was not able to win the title with Paris Saint Germain but would love to clear the line this time around with Chelsea.

Chelsea have won their last two games against Manchester City in all competitions and they last won three consecutive during 2005-2009, when they won eight games in a row.
